Eye on the Tenth
October 24, 2016

Dear friends,

Thank you to all who joined me and community stakeholders at the debate watch party and ballot measure forum last Wednesday. We gathered at Holman UMC to watch the debate together  and discussed crucial issues covered on the November ballot.

Voting affects the entire nation, as well as our state, our city and our neighborhood communities. Council District 10, in collaboration with with P.I.C.O Neighborhood Council, Los Angeles Conservation Corps, Pico Great Street Collaborative, and local community associations invite you to join us for P.I.C.O's Fall Clean Up on November 5.

These meetings are part of a series of clean ups focused on beautifying the Pico neighborhood as well as introducing MyLA311 for "Clean Streets LA".

Our last clean up took place on Saturday, October 22, and was a great opportunity to get to know neighbors and community leaders.

Volunteers will gather at 9 a.m. and collect trash, report bulky items using MyLA311, sweep sidewalks, and enjoy lunch together.
