Shrimp Ceviche
A popular choice during this season, give seafood a flavorful kick with this Shrimp Ceviche recipe. The green olives and MAGGI® seasoning sauce make this ceviche sinfully delicious.

Makes 6 servings

INGREDIENTS

pounds raw small shrimp, peeled and deveined

cups fresh lime juice, divided
1
cup sliced green olives
2
small tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2
red onion, thinly sliced
1/4
cup chopped cilantro

tablespoons MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce
3
tablespoons olive oil
2
tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeños
Chopped avocado (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
PLACE shrimp in large saucepan. Cover shrimp with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Place shrimp in ice water to chill.

DRAIN shrimp and cut into 1/4-inch pieces. Place shrimp and 2 cups lime juice in medium glass bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate for 24 hours. Drain shrimp; place in large serving bowl. Add remaining 1/4 cup lime juice, olives, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, seasoning sauce, oil and jalapeños; mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with chopped avocado, if desired.

Abuelita® Bread Pudding
For the perfect end to a bountiful meal, this scrumptious recipe for Abuelita Bread Pudding is sure to be a family favorite.

INGREDIENTS

tablets (90 grams each) NESTLÉ® ABUELITA® Chocolate

can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk

cup water

cup packed brown sugar
1/2 
cup raisins
1/2
cup chopped nuts
1
cinnamon stick
6
slices French bread, sliced 1-inch-thick
1/2
cup (2 ounces) crumbled panela cheese


INSTRUCTIONS
PLACE Abuelita chocolate, evaporated milk, water, sugar, raisins, nuts and cinnamon stick in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil and texture is smooth. Remove from heat; discard cinnamon stick.

PLACE bread in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Pour chocolate mixture over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve hot or chilled.
