On March 6th a major event, “Creating Opportunities Through Participation”, was held at Seattle, where Corporations, Public Agencies and Minority Business Enterprises gathered to award and recognize businesses and individuals for demonstrating excellence as industry leaders in creating businesses opportunities in our community during 2008.
