Successful Networking Event, Despite Losing Bets
 On Saturday, May 2, WIT-LA hosted with partners Thunderbird Alumni and the Foreign Trade Association, the annual Day at the Races Event. The first World Trade Week event in May, the races provide an entertaining and fun event while professionals from the international community

World Trade Week Luncheon
WIT-LA proudly announces that the 2009 Stanley T.Olafson Award was presented to Carol Rowen by the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce at the World Trade Week Luncheon in May. Carol made significant contributions to the international community through education, and by educating the youth on career opportunities in trade.
